Return Policy
Damaged / Defective Product: ex: corked wine, flat beer, broken bottle or broken seal
- Exchange for same product (if out of stock, we will issue credit toward another product)
- Must have the original receipt and/or a Rewards Membership showing the purchase
- Returns over $50 or after 7 days of purchase will be at the Department Managers discretion
Return / Exchange Policy:
- Product must be in saleable condition/undamaged. The seal must be unbroken and all labels must be intact (ex: no water damage, peeled labels etc.)
- Must have the original receipt and/or a Rewards Membership showing the purchase
- Refunds only on large event orders
- Returns over $50 will be at the Department Managers discretion
- Orders returning 30% or more of inventory will incur a 15% restocking fee
- Orders returning 25% or more of inventory will incur a 10% restocking fee
- Orders returning 20% or more of inventory will incur a 5% restocking fee
